Enable on-screen reminders that show session duration and approximate spend at chosen intervals. These prompts help you step back and reassess.
Time-out
Block login and betting for a short period you choose. Use this when you feel loss of control or strong emotions. Access returns automatically when the period ends.
Self-exclusion
Block account access and marketing for a longer fixed term. This control is irrevocable until the term expires. Identity checks may be required to activate it.
Product blocks
Where available, restrict selected product categories to reduce triggers and simplify your environment.
How to Apply Controls

Go to Profile → Responsible Gaming, pick a control, set parameters, and confirm. Tightening changes take effect immediately.
Mobile
Open Menu → Account → Responsible Gaming, select a control, and confirm. Keep notifications enabled to receive Reality checks.
With Support
If you cannot set a control, contact Support. After verification, we will apply the requested restrictions for you.
